This is our most popular option; imported bandanas, hand dyed in our Philadelphia facility.
We offer 6 standard hand dyed bandana colors. Custom Colors are available with a minimum of 100 pieces.
American Made Bandanas
These bandanas are sewn exclusively for Man vs Ink. They are light weight and super soft. Sewn in Philadelphia. Colors selection will vary, contact us for the current options.
Ink Colors
We offer 7 ink colors. Colors work best on Cream, yellow Red and Celadon.
What type of Ink do you use?
We print using our specially blended Eco inks. They are water based, and designed to penetrate deep into fabric. That means that your design is in the fabric, and not sitting on top. The result is a print that has maximum softness and durability.
Do you require a minimum order size?
There is no minimum for orders, however there is a $75 art setup fee for orders under 100 units. This covers costs of file preparation and other cost necessary for creating a screen with your image ready to print. If you choose to reorder bandanas in the next 6 months, this fee will be waived.
What size are your bandanas?
Bandanas are approximately 21 x 20.5 inches. They are not perfectly square as a result of stretching and compression that occurs during the dying process. Square artwork can be slightly stretched to ensure an even border.
Do you print multiple colors?
No, we don't print multiple colors. Using only single ink colors allows us to offer a larger number of blank options, while keeping our quality high and cost low.
What file type should I send?
The best format is PDF, at least 250 dpi. The maximum print area is 19 x 19.5
